BASEBALLANCE is a total softball training aid system, which was originally designed to address specific hitting issues. The "rocking batters box" was created to help hitters feel proper balance, the act of loading as the weight is transferred to the backside and the feel of proper movement or transfer of weight and power toward contact through hip rotation, while ensuring that the hitter isn't getting "out front".
Baseballance is not only useful for hitting, but for other softball mechanics as well. Specific movements are emphasized and isolated by the rocking nature of the BASEBALLANCE and allow players to feel proper technique and aid in the acceleration of self-correction for many different skills.

As
an outfielder playing for the Cal Bears, Alex made a national name for
herself by hitting an impressive 12 home runs and knocking in 47 RBIs
during her senior year. She also picked up such honors as Pac 10 Player
of the Week and 2nd Team All Pac Ten during her Junior and Senior Years
with the Cal Bears. Alex has spent the last two seasons competing at
