The pro glider is a very useful tool. If your swing is off, you know right away by how and where the ball releases. It has helped me keep my hands inside the ball and not release early. It is great for practicing on your own because it allows you to correct yourself. I highly recommend it.

Through the use of the pro glider I have become much more comfortable with my swing. Allowing me to realize my mistakes after each swing makes it much faster to correct. Not only does it allow me to correctly mistakes quickly, it forces me to focus on every swing every time. You can truly feel your swing when thrown correctly. It has helped me on the outside pitch as its impossible to fly open and throw the ball in the correct spot. I also use the pro glider when working on my slapping. It forces me to stay inside the ball.
